For children who love to draw, paint and build in 3D

Level 2 is a step up in their ability & understanding to draw what they see, opposed to symbolising, and with the ability to focus on an art project for a longer period of time.

This is still a time for experimentation as well as following projects, drawing from what you see in order to help with drawing skills and starting to learn about colour theory composition and becoming familiar with materials and mastering technical skills along with learning about famous artists and movements.

Students have the opportunity to use all different mediums from clay to paint, to work on set themes, to do drawing exercises and draw & paint from their imagination.

These classes are a chance for students to be with others who have the same passion for art and where they can support and encourage each other. It’s common for me to hear at the end of the class sighs of ‘Oh no it can’t be over already!’

All materials are provided.
