Adult art class - Exploring Watercolour

4 week course - $180 

2 hour weekly class

Do you want to explore painting have you been drawn to painting in watercolours. 
Sometimes it's hard to make the time to do something we love or have always wanted to have a go at. 

This short class will enable you to explore watercolour and create some paintings to get you going on your adventure. 

In art we never stop learning, I as your teacher I will encourage you to take risks and to also just play with paint to build your confidence and understand how we can create the illusion of 3 dimension on a flat surface and see how colours interact, learn design techniques to help you create interesting paintings and develop your own style. This will be a chance for you to enjoy the creative process in an art studio away from everyday distractions. 

In this 4 week course we will focus on a botanical theme starting with some exercises to familiarise you with the tools & medium you are working with then we will move onto creating paintings of the subject using watercolours. 

What to bring 

All Materials are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own paints & brushes or purchase the Watercolour pack available in our shop online to pick up at a time that suits you or at your 1st class.
